We are so humbled by how God is expanding our ministry. Working with churches, para-church organizations, conference centers, and Christian businesses, OCM equips men's organizations with best practice strategies, structures, and multi-media presentations to help create vibrant men's ministry models. Our consultation and presentations and resources seek to present the gospel, encourage men to pursue God, and equip them for discipleship and spiritual service in the home, workplace, community, and the world.

Fundamental to all we do is our emphasis on discipleship. OCM is committed to helping men's organizations and churches build lasting relationships through a discipleship process. We are not interested in just doing programs. We are intent on helping pastors and men's leaders build eternal relationships.

Jim Grassi is an award-winning international speaker, author, pastor, and master outdoorsman. His five best-selling books and provocative messages have inspired hundreds of thousands. Jim is a regular speaker at church retreats, Sunday school conventions, and men's ministry meetings.

James Steiner has eighteen years of best practice business experience, marketing, and involvement with men's ministry programs. He brings a great deal of enthusiasm and creative solutions to helping churches create vibrant men's ministry programs.

We have developed an Engagement Process that will help you and OCM evaluate each opportunity. In addition to individual and corporate donations, our ministry is funded by organizations and individuals who use our services.
