Failure Points for Men's Ministry
1.
It is too often "event-based" rather than relationship-based.
2.
The wrong man is leading the ministry - he doesn't
have the right gift mix or isn't perceived as
a "man's man."
3.
There aren't enough spiritually mature men to
spearhead it.
4.
Men are turned off by ministries that aren't
challenging, entertaining, adventurous, risk-taking,
and dynamic.
5.
The fear of failure often inhibits men from
getting involved.
